Emilie Lorenzini

Emilie Lorenzini has extensive experience in the field of HR, spanning over 15 years. Emilie currently serves as the HR Director at BPC Group since September 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ENGIE Solutions Belgium as a Senior HR Business Partner from April 2018 to August 2021. Before that, they held the role of HR Partner at PeterLily from January 2017 to March 2018. Emilie spent a significant part of their career at Sodexo, where they served as the HR Business Partner for the Belgium Corporate Segment from October 2013 to December 2016. Emilie also worked as an Interim Manager for Sodexo from January 2009 to September 2013. Early in their career, Emilie worked as an Interim Consultant at Randstad from October 2006 to December 2008.

Emilie Lorenzini completed their Master's degree in Information & Communication with an option in Journalism at the Université libre de Bruxelles, from 2001 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained certifications in "Cycle de formation en législation sociale" from Agoria in June 2019 and "Insights Discovery" from Insights Benelux in April 2019.
