Kathryn King

Kathryn King is a highly experienced legal professional currently serving as a Partner and Head of Corporate/Commercial at BPE Solicitors LLP, with a focus on advising clients on a wide array of corporate matters such as acquisitions, private equity, and restructures. Since joining BPE in April 2016, Kathryn has ascended from Associate to Partner, accumulating significant expertise in various complex corporate issues. In addition to current responsibilities, Kathryn is an active member of the legal community, holding positions as a Council Member for The Law Society and a Committee Member for the Glos & Wilts Law Society. Previously, Kathryn served as Chair of the Cheltenham and Gloucester Junior Lawyers Division, and prior to joining BPE, held roles at Endsleigh Insurance Services and Lyons Davidson Limited. Kathryn's academic background includes an LPC in Business Law and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) in European Law from the University of Exeter.
