Rhea Elcock

Rhea Elcock M.Ed has experience as a Program Coordinator & Site Manager at Boston Plan for Excellence (BPE) and also as an Academic Support Manager. Currently, Rhea is a ThinkKids Fellow at Think:Kids at Massachusetts General Hospital, guiding and training education professionals to engage children with challenging behaviors. Rhea is also an Educational Consultant at Conversations with Rhea and Joy, providing professional development and coaching for children and educators. Previously, Rhea worked as a 7th Grade Teacher at Helen Y. Davis Leadership Academy CPS and as the Head Basketball Manager at Xavier Women's Basketball while obtaining a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics from Xavier University.
