Anna Elsa Paccagnella

Anna Elsa Paccagnella has a diverse and extensive work experience in the real estate and financial sectors. Their most recent role was as the Head of Asset Strategy at BPER Banca, where they were responsible for strategic consulting and analysis for significant assets. Before that, they were the Founder and Equity Partner at Up to Ten, a position they still hold. Prior to that, they worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate as the Head of Consulting for Italy, managing strategic consulting activities and analysis for various asset classes. Anna Elsa also worked as a Consultant at BNP Paribas Real Estate, focusing on complex and high-value assets. Earlier in their career, Paccagnella worked at Avalon Real Estate as an Associate and a Real Estate Analyst, where they gained experience in project evaluation, market analysis, and portfolio assessment. Anna Elsa started their career with a stage at Bottega Veneta, where they assisted the Facility Department in coordinating various projects.

Anna Elsa Paccagnella completed an Executive Master in Finance - Real Estate Transformation at SDA Bocconi in 2018. Prior to that, they obtained a Laurea Magistrale in Architettura e dell'Ingegneria edile from the Università degli Studi di Padova, which they completed in 2016. Additionally, they completed a course for young entrepreneurs at the Camera di Commercio di Padova in 2016 and 2013. Anna Elsa also completed a course for preparation for the State Engineer Exam at the Ordine degli Ingegneri di Padova in 2015.
