Andi Afdal

Andi Afdal currently serves as the Director of Human Resources and General Affairs at BPJS Kesehatan, a position held since January 2013. In this role, Andi is responsible for research, development, big data analysis, and innovation. Previous roles at BPJS Kesehatan include Deputy Director of Research and Development and Group Head of Primary Health Care Management, where Andi focused on designing health benefits for participants. Additionally, Andi has expertise in data development, data warehousing, and analytics, having worked as Deputy Director of Enterprise Data Management and Information. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Planning, Strategy, and Quality Assurance of Information and Technology at PT.Askes (Persero) and as Head of Branch Office for the Government of Indonesia. Andi's educational background includes a Master’s in Business Administration from MM UGM, a Doctor of Medicine from Hasanuddin University, and ongoing PhD studies in Public Health at the University of Indonesia.
