R. Scott Bronstad has over 30 years of work experience in the marketing and operations field. In 1990, they began their career as an Art Director at Health & Fitness Magazine. In 1997, they moved to Arbor Products as VP of Operations/Marketing, where they were involved in all phases of marketing, copywriting, catalog and advertising design, product development and management, package design, branding, web development, direct marketing consulting, and sales presentations. In 2001, they became Creative Director at Thomas Printworks, where they worked with the Marketing Director to brainstorm, develop, and launch marketing and advertising. R. Scott also developed a PPC marketing program and a lead generation program that generated $953,643 in new sales in 2006. In 2009, they became Marketing Director at Star Time Supply, where they were responsible for researching and building an e-commerce B2B sales engine. In 2017, they joined Malone Media Group as a Digital Marketing Analyst, where they were Google Adwords and Analytics Certified and worked with Car Dealerships to develop digital strategies. Finally, in 2018, they joined BPM Microsystems Inc. as Digital Marketing Manager and Marketing Communications Manager, where their job was to communicate the story of the company.

Scott Bronstad's education history includes a BFA in Commercial Art from The University of Texas at Austin, which they obtained from 1982 to 1986, as well as a College Prep in Biology and General from Holmes High School, San Antonio, Texas, which they obtained from 1978 to 1982. Additionally, they hold certifications from Google in AdWords Mobile Advertising, AdWords Video Advertising, and AdWords Search Advertising, which they obtained in June 2017, June 2017, and January 2017, respectively.
