Maria Gravesen has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Maria is currently working as the Head of Brand Management at B&R Industrial Automation since November 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Strategy Manager in Corporate Marketing Communications at the same company from January 2021 to November 2022. From November 2019 to January 2021, Maria worked in Global Concepts Development at B&R Industrial Automation. Before joining B&R Industrial Automation, Maria held the position of Head of Marketing Northern Europe Region at Universal Robots A/S from March 2017 to January 2021. Maria played a key role in introducing Universal Robots as the first collaborative robot (Cobot) in the global market. Maria also worked as a Marketing Project Manager at KOMPAN A/S from February 2013 to November 2014, and as a Key Account Manager at VELUX Communication Agency from November 2006 to January 2013. Prior to that, they worked as a Direct Marketing Consultant at IBC Euroforum Denmark from August 2001 to October 2006. Maria started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at DI - Dansk Industri from October 1997 to July 2001, and as a Project Assistant at Alpha Beta Kommunikationsrådgivning from September 1996 to September 1997.
Maria Gravesen earned their Bachelor's degree in Marketing Management from the International Advertising Association (IAA Global) from 2017 to 2019. In addition, they obtained a diploma in Marketing Management from IAA Uddannelser i Marketing in February 2019. Prior to that, from 1995 to 1996, Maria attended BI Norwegian Business School, where they also earned a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies.
