Laura Thijssen has a diverse work experience, starting in 2009 with an internship as a DTP intern at Creada bv. In 2010, they interned as a Graphic Design intern at Berden Mode & Wonen. Laura then joined Happy & Healthy in 2013 as an intern in Communication.

In 2015, Laura joined Brabantia as an Online Marketer, where they were responsible for all visible content on their website. Laura then transitioned to the role of Consumer Service Lead & Online Marketer, where they focused on combining service, sales, marketing, and branding in the consumer journey.

Laura is currently employed by Brabantia, where they continue to excel in their role.

Laura Thijssen has a strong educational background with a focus on business and communication. In 2019-2020, they attended Beeckestijn Business School where they obtained a Post-HBO degree in Service Excellence. Prior to that, from 2011-2015, they attended HAN University of Applied Sciences and specialized in Communication, with a minor in brand management. Their educational journey began at SintLucas from 2007-2011, where they studied Grafisch Vormgeving (Graphic Design). In addition to their degrees, Laura has obtained several certifications, including Service Excellence Professional 2020 from Beeckestijn Business School, Communicatie professional from Hogeschool van Arnhem en Nijmegen (HAN) in 2015, and Grafisch Vormgever from SintLucas in 2011.
