Shafiq R. Bhuiyan

Shafiq R Bhuiyan is an experienced professional in communication and corporate social responsibility (CSR), currently serving as Vice President & Senior Manager at BRAC Bank PLC since December 2019. Leading strategic initiatives in communications and CSR, Shafiq has played a pivotal role in redefining BRAC Bank's CSR policy and achieving top sustainable bank ratings for three consecutive years. Prior to this, Shafiq held various leadership positions at Robi Axiata Limited, overseeing HR business partnering, internal communications, and cultural engagement while driving digital transformation. Earlier career experiences include roles at HelpAge International and CSR Centre, focusing on compliance, communication, and CSR resource mobilization, alongside training initiatives in Asia-Pacific. Shafiq holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Jahangirnagar University and has a strong foundation in business administration and management.
