Fahima Khanam

Fahima Khanam has extensive work experience in the field of IT. Fahima started their career at BRAC University in 2001, where they served as a System Administrator and later as a Senior System Administrator. During their time at the university, Fahima played a key role in upgrading the server and local area network, as well as establishing a state-of-the-art server room and wireless facilities for students and faculty. Fahima left BRAC University in 2014 to join BRAC IT Services Limited, where they held various roles including Lead Auditor and ITG&C Controller. In 2019, Fahima became the Head of IT Governance & Compliance at the company. Additionally, they also worked as the Head of Operations at BRACU-GDLN, an affiliate institute of the Global Development Learning Network.

Fahima Khanam has a strong educational background in various fields. Fahima obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Food & Nutrition from Dhaka University in 1990-1992. Fahima then pursued a Master's Degree in the same field from the same university in 1992-1993. Later, they completed their Secondary School Certificate (S.S.C) in Science from Shiddheswari Girls High School in 1985-1987. Additionally, Fahima Khanam obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a major in Finance from BRAC University in 2007-2009. More recently, they acquired a Master of Computer Science (MCS) from the University of South Asia in 2018-2020. Apart from their formal education, Fahima Khanam has also obtained several certifications in various subjects to enhance their skills and knowledge.
