Claudia Ponce

Claudia Ponce is the Head of People at Brace. Claudia has over 10 years of experience in Human Resources, and has held positions at Eden Health, Komodo Health, and Brace. As a strategic HR leader, they have provided input and advice on employee relations, coaching/development, compensation, conflict resolution, change management, and organizational design. Claudia has also been responsible for designing and implementing systems and processes to meet the needs of rapid human growth and sustainability.

Claudia Ponce has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from LIM College, a Certificate in Professional Human Resources Management from Pace University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and an Associate of Arts in Merchandise Product Development from FIDM. Claudia also has a certification from LifeLabs Learning in LifeLabs Learning Founding Community Member, a certification from The People Ops Society in POPS Founding Member, a certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Leadership Development & Succession Strategist, and a certification from Human Capital Institute (HCI) in Strategic HR Business Partner.
