Jay Sabin

Jay Sabin is a distinguished legal professional with extensive experience in labor and transportation law. Currently serving as a Partner at Brach Eichler LLC since September 2019, Jay heads the Transportation Law practice and advises clients on labor, benefits, employment, and cannabis matters. From 2008 to December 2023, Jay contributed as a Board Member and 401k Plan Trustee for the Employers Association of New Jersey, supporting HR consultancy services for over 2,500 employer members. Prior experience includes serving as General Counsel at Grocery Haulers from 2007 to 2019, where Jay managed legal and HR affairs, and as Vice President at The New York Times, overseeing workforce management for a diverse array of employees represented by multiple unions for over 12 years. Early career involvement as a Legal Associate at Proskauer Rose solidified expertise in labor, employment, and benefits law. Jay holds a J.D. from Columbia Law School and a B.S. in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
