Kasha Williams

Kasha Williams, MS HRM, currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at AIS Infrastructure since September 2023. Prior to this role, Kasha was the Manager of Employee Relations at Talley Construction Company from May 2018 to September 2023, where responsibilities included training and development, benefits administration, organizational development, employee relations, leave management, recruiting and retention, and workforce planning. Earlier experience includes working as an ADA Specialist at Unum and as a Regional Human Resources Generalist at National Seating and Mobility, managing HR functions for a multi-state region. Kasha holds a Master of Science in Human Resources Management and Services and a Bachelor of Arts in Business/Corporate Communications, both from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville.
