Andy Ludden

Andy Ludden has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology. Andy started their career at Erie 1 BOCES as a Senior Technology Administrator, where they worked on server and PC platforms, deployed PCs, and maintained the Novell NDS structure. Andy then moved on to Dresser-Rand as a Senior Systems Administrator, where they managed the active directory environment, DNS and DHCP setup and maintenance, intranet using SharePoint server, and security aspects of the Checkpoint firewalls. After that, they joined Olean General Hospital as a Systems Administrator, responsible for managing facility servers, Windows active directory environment, exchange and SQL environments, and the Avaya telephony platform. Currently, Andy is working at Upper Allegheny Health System, first as the Director of Information Technology and later as the Regional Director of Information Technology.

Andy Ludden received their AS in Computer Science from Jamestown Community College from 1988 to 1990. Andy then went on to earn their BS in Computer Science from the University of Pittsburgh, where they studied from 1991 to 1995.
