Desktop Support Specialist, Information Technology at Brado

Elizabeth Dries has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Elizabeth started their career in 2010 as a Bank Teller at 1st Financial Federal Credit Union. From 2011 to 2015, they worked as a Member Service Representative at Electro Savings Credit Union. In 2015, they joined Urban Improvement Company (UIC) as an Administrative Assistant.

In 2016, Elizabeth moved to Brädo Creative Insight where they served as the Manager of Office and Reception until 2018. Elizabeth then transitioned to Brado, where they held various roles in the Information Technology department. Elizabeth initially worked as a Manager, Information Technology from December 2018 to September 2020. Later in September 2020, they took on the role of a Desktop Support Specialist, continuing their work in the IT department at Brado.

Throughout their career, Elizabeth has demonstrated their versatility and ability to adapt to different roles and responsibilities.

Elizabeth Dries attended Webster University from 2004 to 2008, where they pursued a Bachelor of Music degree. In terms of additional certifications, they obtained the Apple Certified Support Professional (ACSP) certification from Apple in January 2022. Shortly after, in December 2022, Elizabeth also attained the Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals certification from Microsoft. Most recently, in January 2023, they obtained the Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals certification from Microsoft.
