Rogelio Troconis

Rogelio Troconis has a diverse work experience in human resources, spanning over two decades. Rogelio'smost recent role is as the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Bradshaw Home, where they oversee the global HR function and its various aspects such as talent management, organizational development, recruitment, and employee relations. Prior to that, they served as the Senior Director of Talent at Red Bull Distribution Company and the Director of Human Resources at Ria Money Transfer. In their earlier career, they held multiple positions at Mattel, Inc., including Senior Director of HR for Corporate Functions and Regional Director of HR for Asia Pacific. Rogelio also has experience in compensation and benefits management, having served as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits at Smurfit Kappa and a Compensation Consultant at Mercer. Rogelio Troconis earned their Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from UCAB - Universidad Católica Andrés Bello. Rogelio attended this institution from 1997 to 2002. Following that, they pursued a specialization in Data Analysis at Universidad Central de Venezuela from 2004 to 2006, focusing on statistics.
