Kimberly O'Keefe

Kimberly O'Keefe serves as the Head of Human Resources at Brahmin Leather Works since August 2023. Previously, Kimberly held the position of Chief People Officer at SquadLocker from June 2017 to April 2022, where the focus was on building a comprehensive Human Resources function. From January 2012 to June 2017, Kimberly operated Kimberly O'Keefe Coaching, Consulting & Corporate Wellness Services, emphasizing personal transformation and wellness. Earlier experiences include project management at Summit Consulting and various human resources roles at Cox Communications, Inc., where a significant regional expansion occurred. Other previous positions include roles at Benova, Inc., Klingberg Family Centers, and Ingram Book Company. Kimberly holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Interpersonal Communication and Psychology from Central Connecticut State University and completed the Human Resources Executive Program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business.
