Judson Marte

Dr. Judson Marte is a materials scientist with experience in developing new alloys and processes for the aerospace and power generation markets. His career has focused on the development and industrialization of thermomechanical processes that enable the production of new materials, and expanding the capabilities of traditional materials. He joined the Veloxint team after two decades as a metallurgist and project manager at General Electric’s R&D laboratories. Dr. Marte leads the Product Development organization at Veloxint, enabling transformative component design using Veloxint’s thermally-stable nanostructured alloys. He holds a B.S. in Materials Science and Engineering from Johns Hopkins University, and both a M.S. and a Ph.D. in Materials Science and Engineering from Virginia Tech.
