Jennifer Swisher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has a diverse work experience spanning over several years in various leadership roles. Jennifer is currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at BRAINATION since February 2020. Prior to this, they held the position of Director of Human Resources at BRAINATION from February 2019 to January 2020. Jennifer held this position from April 2016 to April 2019.

Prior to starting their own consulting company, Jennifer worked as the Director of Human Resource Services at a consulting company from February 2011 to March 2016. In this role, they managed multiple service areas of the business, worked with executive leadership to improve HR efficiencies, and served as an HR consultant for client companies.

Before their consulting experience, Jennifer served as the HR Manager at Little Engine Homecare, Inc., where they developed and managed the HR department for a rapidly growing healthcare company. Jennifer was responsible for all HR functions such as onboarding, benefits administration, recruiting, creating and maintaining compliant employment records, employee relations, and developing employment policies and procedures. Jennifer held this role from June 2010 to March 2011.

Jennifer's earlier experience includes serving as the HR Director at Omron Colin Medical Corp from July 2005 to August 2010. In this position, they were solely responsible for all human resource and payroll functions of the company. Jennifer was also a member of the senior management team, contributing to the overall strategic development of employees and managers.

Jennifer's career began at Baptist Health System, where they worked as a Senior HR Generalist from May 2001 to June 2005. Jennifer was responsible for overall HR functions at a hospital location, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and providing coaching to hospital management. Jennifer also managed other HR Generalists within the hospital system.

Jennifer Swisher, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at The University of Texas at San Antonio. Jennifer obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Human Resource Management, graduating in the year 2000. In 2023, they are expected to complete their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from the same institution.

In addition to their academic achievements, Jennifer Swisher has obtained several certifications related to their field. In 2009, they achieved the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR®) Certification from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI) and the Senior Professional in Human Resources Certification from HRCI.
