Sean Neely

Sean Neely has extensive work experience in the energy and technology sectors. Sean is currently serving as the Vice-Chair of the Board of Directors, Co-Founder, and Strategic Advisor at BrainBox AI since October 2020. Prior to that, they were the CEO and Co-Founder of the company from March 2017 to October 2020.

Before joining BrainBox AI, Sean Neely was the Chief Executive Officer and Co-Founder of RealTerm Energy. Sean led the daily application of the company's vision to deliver innovative energy and smart city solutions to customers. RealTerm Energy specialized in providing financing, procurement, installation, and project management services for LED streetlights and solar energy. They also developed smart city solutions tailored to small to mid-sized municipalities, including a mobile app and asset management platform. Sean Neely held this role from January 2013 to March 2017.

Prior to founding RealTerm Energy, Sean Neely worked at Realterm as the Executive Vice President for over two decades, from 1992 to 2013. Sean was responsible for various executive-level duties during their tenure.

Sean Neely began their career in the construction financing department of Citibank, Real Estate Group, where they worked as an Analyst from 1987 to 1991.

Sean Neely attended Yale University from 1982 to 1986, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Economics.
