Kimberly Gloeckl is the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives at Brainjolt. Kimberly has over 10 years of experience in marketing and customer engagement.

Kimberly started their career as a Marketing & Special Projects Intern at Salon Hazelton. There, they helped lead all design partnership campaigns for product outreach such as Star Wars and Dr. Seuss. After three years, they transitioned to P.F. Chang's China Bistro as a Server. Kimberly then spent two years at Business.com Media, Inc as their Ad Product Manager before moving on to Petco in September 2015.

At Petco, Kimberly was a CRM Marketing Specialist and helped different departments in the organization create programs and campaigns (email, POS, and social) that aligned with Petco's omni channel strategy. Kimberly also worked internally with members of the creative, content, social, e-commerce and merchandising teams to create customer engagement across all touch points. In addition, Kimberly analyzed campaigns and created analytics reports and presentations for upper management, clients, and different departments in the organization. Lastly, they managed and maintained email calendar, which included communication to over 7 million subscribers in multiple segments and business departments depending on their demographics and purchasing habits.

In March 2016, Kimberly left Petco to become the Sr. Director of Strategic Initiatives at Brainjolt where they are currently employed.

Kimberly Gloeckl has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing and International Business from The University of Toledo. Kimberly also has a Marketing degree from The University of South Florida. Kimberly Gloeckl is certified from the Online Marketing Institute in OMI Email Marketing Certification.
