Caroline Skidmore has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Caroline began their career as a Speech and Language Pathologist at Clackamas Education Service District from June 1996 to June 1999. During this time, they evaluated speech and language skills, treated children with speech and language delays and disorders, and collaborated with parents, educators, and medical professionals.

Following their role at Clackamas Education Service District, Caroline joined Artz Institute/Hearing and Speech Institute as a Speech and Language Pathologist from June 1999 to May 2002. Here, they continued to evaluate and treat children with speech and language development delays and disorders. Caroline also conducted presentations on speech and language development and disorders for colleagues and parents.

In May 2002, Caroline founded their own pediatric speech-language pathology clinic, Skidmore Speech & Language Services. As the Founder and Principal Manager, they successfully led a team of exceptional clinicians and provided therapy and evaluation services to children in Central Oregon. Caroline'sclinic was recognized as the Best Speech and Language Therapy Clinic in Central Oregon for three consecutive years. Caroline consistently exceeded revenue goals and established 100% caseload capacity.

Caroline's most recent work experience is as an Account Manager at BrainPOP, starting from May 2022.

Caroline Skidmore completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Communication Disorders at UC Santa Barbara from 1989 to 1993. Caroline further pursued higher education at the University of Oregon Graduate School from 1994 to 1996, where they obtained a Master of Science degree in Speech and Language Pathology. Caroline also holds the Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology from The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), which they obtained in June 1996. Additionally, they are a registered Speech Language Pathologist with the Oregon Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology, although the specific date of this certification is not provided.
