Jessica Jalowiec has a diverse work experience in various marketing and brand management roles. Jessica currently serves as the Senior Director of Consumer Brand + Partnerships at BrainPOP, where they are responsible for directing the consumer team on brand and marketing initiatives. Jessica is also leading the launch of a new consumer kids app scheduled for 2023.
Prior to their current role, Jessica worked as a Brand Marketing Consultant for EllaOla, a global baby skincare brand, where they advised the go-to-market strategy and established brand and product positioning. Jessica also built a team of contractors and agencies to support the launch in areas such as social media, influencer relations, PR, design, and digital marketing.
Before freelancing, Jessica held various marketing roles at Ingrid & Isabel, LLC, starting as a Marketing Manager and then progressing to Associate Marketing Director until 2021. Jessica also served as the Marketing Director at Shoppe California from 2016 to 2019.
Jessica began their career at San Diego Magazine, where they initially worked as a Marketing Manager and later transitioned to the role of Custom Content Manager. Jessica'stenure at San Diego Magazine spanned from 2012 to 2016.
Prior to joining San Diego Magazine, Jessica held the position of Marketing Manager at Cecilia Boutique from 2009 to 2012.
Throughout their career, Jessica has demonstrated expertise in marketing strategy, brand management, product positioning, and team leadership.
Jessica Jalowiec attended the University of California, Santa Cruz from 2004 to 2008, earning a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Cultural Anthropology.
