Natasha Schön

Natasha Schön is a Learning & Development Manager, Trainer, and Coach at key2advance, a coaching and training consultancy. Natasha spearheaded the development of L&D consulting services at the company. Previously, Natasha worked as an Educational Director at Brainscape, where Natasha designed the internal 360-degree review process and standardized the onboarding process. Natasha also has experience as a Community Manager and Strategist at Open Social and as a Communications Specialist at Mars One. Natasha holds a Master's degree in Marketing and Communications from Rome Business School and a Bachelor's degree in International Media and Communication from Erasmus University Rotterdam.
