Ron Cadet

Ron Cadet has a diverse range of work experience in various roles and companies. Ron started their career as a Music Director at KBLX in 1994, followed by a role as the Music Director for Online Radio at MTV Networks from 1997 to 2003. In 1998, they co-founded BayView Systems, where they served as the CEO and worked on a secure digital music distribution system. From 2003 to 2006, Ron worked as the Director of Partnerships & Integrations at MediaNet Digital (MusicNet). Later, they joined AdPassage Inc. as the VP of Technology, where they managed a team of engineers and performed UI/UX design and development. In 2010, Ron co-founded and served as the CEO of jamble.fm, a digital music recommendation startup. Ron then went on to become the Lead UI Engineer for Web at Dhingana, where they led the development of in-browser mobile experiences and programming for desktop web. From 2014 to 2016, Ron worked as a Principal UI/UX Architect at View | Dynamic Glass, where they directed the design and implementation of application and platform architectures. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of UI/UX at Brainscape, where they are responsible for the architecture, design, and development of the user experience across desktop and mobile web apps. Their work includes the development of front-end and platform code, development of shared domain language and agile processes, and improving SEO performance for key search terms.
