Ryan Pierce

Ryan Pierce is a Venture Analyst at BrainTrust Founders Studio, where Ryan focuses on scaling Black-founded companies in the beauty and wellness space. In their previous roles, Ryan has supported underrepresented founders at Wefunder, guided student and alumni entrepreneurs at The University of Memphis Crews Center for Entrepreneurship, and conducted research at the Nashville Entrepreneur Center. Ryan has a background in economics and political science from the University of Memphis.
