Phil Petzold

Phil Petzold has a diverse range of work experience in finance and consulting. Phil began their career at EisnerAmper in 1993 as a Litigation Support Supervisor and later became a Litigation Services Manager. Phil then worked as an Audit Supervisor at Raich Ende Malter & Co. LLP before transitioning to BDO USA, LLP, where they served as a Senior Manager. In 2000, they joined Genosys Technology Management Inc. as a Controller and later moved to EisnerAmper as a VP Finance. Phil then worked at Westcom as the VP Finance before joining Resources Global Professionals as a Consultant. Phil then served as the CFO at Telwares from 2009 to 2012. In 2013, Phil became the CFO and SVP at Aligned Energy LLC. Currently, Phil is the COO & CFO and SVP at Brainworks Software, a position they have held since 2014.
