Karyn Harlow

Karyn Harlow, M.S., serves as the Regional Manager for Talent and Learning at Brambles since February 2023. Previously, Karyn held the position of Director of Training and Development at WIS International, where responsibilities included building and managing the training department and overseeing instructional design and LMS administration. Karyn's experience includes a role as Senior Learning and Development Consultant at Parkland Health and Hospital Systems, where creative learning solutions were developed for various employee groups. As President of Harlow Consulting Group, Inc., Karyn specialized in custom learning solutions and e-learning design. Prior positions include Organizational Effectiveness Manager at Mosaic and Training Manager at Springbow Solutions, where Karyn focused on learning strategies and new hire orientation. Karyn Harlow earned a Master of Science in Computer Education and Cognitive Systems from the University of North Texas and a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism and Public Relations from Purdue University.
