Daniel Lewis

Daniel Lewis is a Board Member at BRAMPTON BOARD OF TRADE and was previously with Forum for International Trade Training (FITT), Shopify, World Trade Centre Toronto, and Futurpreneur Canada. Daniel was selected as 1 of 3 entrepreneurs across Canada via Futurpreneur Canada (The Official host for GEW in Canada 2015) to represent Canada as a Global Entrepreneurship Week Ambassador!

Daniel traveled to 3 different major cities across Canada in 3 days (a day in each city) to spread the word about entrepreneurship in Canada and to highlight the many entrepreneurial ecosystems that exist. During their quest, Daniel was responsible for reporting back to Canadians via their digital storytelling on social media using the hashtags: GEW2015 & GEWCanada (twitter). Daniel got the opportunity to meet many aspiring entrepreneurs, government officials, and even some celebrity business rockstars like Brett Wilson from the Dragons Den! Futurpreneur flew Daniel out to Saskatoon, Winnipeg, and back to Toronto.

Daniel Lewis has completed a certification from Coursera in Marketing Analytics, a certification from Coursera in Leadership in 21st Century Organizations, a certification from Coursera in Introduction to Operations Management, a certification from the International Tea Education Institute in ITEI Certified Tea Mastery Training, and a certification from the Toronto Region Board of Trade in the Trade Accelerator Program of the World Trade Centre Toronto. Daniel has also completed a certification from Job Skills in the Youth Entrepreneurship Program and a certification from Forum for International Trade Training (FITT) in the Certified International Trade Professional (CITP|FIBP) Designation.
