Neha Patel has been working in the billing and revenue operations field for several years. At Branch, Neha currently holds the position of Global Billing and Revenue Operations Lead, where they oversee various billing activities and customer relations. Prior to this role, at SiEnergy, Neha served as a Billing Manager, focusing on tasks such as running billing cycles accurately and improving department performance. Before transitioning to the billing industry, Neha gained experience as a Senior Teller/Branch Associate at Velocity Credit Union, where they supervised teller line activities and provided excellent customer service.
