Josh Wirth

Josh Wirth is an experienced multifamily developer and investor, currently engaged in self-directed projects since January 2018. Additionally, Josh serves as Counsel at Branded Strategic Hospitality since September 2020 and has held the position of Director at NewOak Capital LLC since February 2009. Josh's earlier career includes a role as an Associate at Absolute Mortgage Banking from 2004 to 2006. Josh earned a Doctor of Law (JD) degree from Fordham University School of Law between 2006 and 2009 and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Duke University obtained in 2004.
