Matthew Dowgin

Matthew Dowgin is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in regulatory affairs and general counsel roles. Currently serving as Associate General Counsel at Sentral since August 2020, Dowgin has previously held the position of Associate General Counsel at Stay Alfred from December 2017 to October 2020. Additionally, Dowgin gained valuable experience as a Rule 9 Licensed Legal Intern at the City of Spokane Valley from May 2015 to December 2017 and as a Judicial Extern for the Honorable Rosanna M. Peterson at the U.S. District Courts from January 2017 to May 2017. Academically, Dowgin holds a Doctor of Law (JD) from Gonzaga University School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Political Science and Government from Colorado State University.
