Account Executive - New Business SMB at Brandfolder

Alexander Paprocki has over 8 years of work experience in sales and customer success. In 2021, they began working as an Account Manager at Brandfolder by Smartsheet, where they are responsible for maintaining the East coast SMB and MM territory for all expansions, upsells and renewals for Brandfolder customers. Alexander runs demo and discovery calls with customers to find any pain points that can be solved with additional features or integrations, and collaborates with the Customer Success team on business reviews to ensure the customer is utilizing their Digital Asset Management platform to the greatest of its ability.

Prior to this, Paprocki worked at ServiceSource from 2013-2021, where they held several positions, including Regional Customer Success Manager- Rockwell Automation, Sales Manager- Broadcom/Symantec, Sales Coach- VMware, Juniper Networks, Federal Account Renewals Specialist- Juniper Networks, Senior Renewals Representative- HEAT Software, and Renewals Sales Representative- Polycom. In these roles, they drove high-end customer experiences, led and mentored sales teams, captured weekly and quarterly sales results, and facilitated the renewal transition for end users.

Before ServiceSource, Paprocki worked as an Intern at The Startup Garage from 2011-2013. In this role, they gave businesses and entrepreneurs the knowledge needed to effectively start or run their business, created business plans and financial data for businesses, and significantly increased their knowledge of creating and running a business effectively and efficiently.

Alexander Paprocki attended Western State Colorado University from 2008 to 2012 and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Business Administration and Management, with a Minor in Economics.
