Vincent Lau has over 20 years of experience in the digital commerce, e-commerce, and digital marketing industries. Vincent began their career in 2001 as a Senior Supervisor, Trust & Safety and Community Support for Greater China at eBay. In this role, they managed the Greater China cross border top seller account management and trust & safety team. Vincent then moved to Turner Broadcasting in 2008 as the Interactive Operations Manager for Asia Pacific. In this role, they were responsible for e-commerce business development, strategic planning, and driving omni-channel commerce and technology. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Director of eCommerce at Sa Sa International Holdings Limited, where they had full P&L responsibilities for the group's eCommerce and digital businesses. From 2013 to 2016, they were the General Manager, China at Target, where they had full P&L responsibilities for Target China and Hong Kong. From 2016 to 2019, they were the Partner & General Manager - Greater China at BrandHouse, where they were recognized by Alibaba and JD as a certified solution partner. Most recently, they have been the Co-Founder & Chairman at Actoplus Holdings Limited since 2021, where they provide 3rd party DP and TP services for major e-commerce, live streaming and digital marketing platforms in China, Hong Kong and Indonesia.

Vincent Lau received their BA in Business Administration from the University of Utah - David Eccles School of Business. Prior to that, they graduated with Honors and the Ram Medallion from Highland High School, where they were a member of the National Honor Society.
