Tom Kelly

Tom Kelly has a diverse range of work experience in the senior living industry. Tom began their career at Hearthside Senior Management, where they served as a Partner and Chief Operating Officer from April 2001 to May 2004. Tom then moved on to Springpoint Senior Living, where they worked as an Executive Director from April 2004 to October 2011. Following this, they joined Brandywine Senior Living, initially serving as the Managing Director of The Center for Leadership and Service Excellence. In this role, they were responsible for various aspects of the organization's operations, including training, project development, quality improvement, marketing, and public relations. Tom's work history demonstrates their commitment to advancing the culture and service offerings within the senior living industry.

Tom Kelly holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology and Anthropology, which they obtained from King's College between 1971 and 1975. Tom later pursued a Masters of Public Administration with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management at Marywood University from 1977 to 1979.
