Weslee Trout has an extensive work experience history starting from their role as a Contributing Writer at WhenInManila.com in 2015. Weslee then went on to work as an Innovation Enablement Lead and later as a Senior IT Delivery Manager at Manulife between 2016 and 2018. From 2018 to 2020, they served as the Head of Digital at OxytocinGroup. In 2019, Weslee co-founded DrinkMeDirty.com and took on the role of Co-Founder & Marketing Guy. Weslee also served as an Advisory Council Member at GLG from 2019 to 2021. From 2020 to 2021, Weslee worked as the Chief Digital Marketing & eCommerce Officer at HMR Philippines, Inc., and then took on the role of a Consultant for Digital Strategy & eCommerce. Weslee joined WT Digital Consulting in 2009 and worked as a Business Consultant specializing in various industries until the present. At UBX, Weslee worked as a Product Owner - Payments from 2021 to 2022 and then as a Growth Marketing Lead. Weslee Trout has completed various educational programs and certifications throughout the years. In 2007, they graduated from Misamis Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Marine Engineering. Later on, they pursued further studies in different fields. In 2012, they completed a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Theology from Asia Baptist Bible College. Weslee then obtained certificates from Western Seminary in 2013 in Foundations in Biblical Studies and in 2014 in Foundations in Christian Theology. Additionally, in 2013, they completed a diploma in Multimedia Development from Asean Online Education AOE. Continuing their education, Weslee earned a diploma in Social Media Marketing from Asean Online Education AOE in 2014. In 2018, they acquired a diploma in Design Thinking from Asean Online Education AOE and a certificate in Project Management (PMBOK) from Mapúa University. Furthermore, Weslee obtained certificates in various digital marketing areas. Weslee completed certifications in Social Media from Hootsuite Academy in 2018, in Inbound Marketing from HubSpot Academy in 2020, and in Email Marketing from HubSpot Academy, also in 2020. In 2019, they completed a certificate program in Empathize and Prototype (Design Thinking) from Stanford University. Finally, Weslee recently completed a certificate program in FinTech: Innovation and Transformation in Financial Services from NUS Business School in 2021.
