Heather Dubeck

Heather Dubeck is a Quality Risk and Patient Relations Manager at Brant Community Healthcare System since 2019. Prior to this role, Heather served as an Inspection Manager at Ontario Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care from January 2006 to July 2018. Heather holds a Master of Arts degree in Health Leadership from Royal Roads University, as well as being a Certified Health Executive from Canadian College of Health Leaders. Heather also attended Conestoga College from 1987 to 1989.
