Jeferson Gustavo Salerno

Mr. Jeferson Salerno was elected as an effective member of the Company's Fiscal Council on April 26, 2023, appointed by the shareholder Petróleo Brasileiro SA – Petrobras. Mr. Jeferson Salerno has been working in the financial area at Petrobras since 1994, having worked for 17 years in managerial roles with a focus on corporate finance. Between 2002 and 2004 he acted as Financial Manager assigned to the subsidiary Refinaria Alberto Pasqualini SA – REFAP. He also served as a member of the Fiscal Council in the following companies: Petrobras Negócios Eletrônicos SA (2007-2009); Petrobras Distribuidora SA (2012-2016); Liquigás Distribuidora SA (2016- BRASKEM 2017); Petrobras Transporte SA – TRANSPETRO (2017-2019). He is currently Chairman of the Supervisory Board of TRANSPETRO, elected in June 2021.
