Alex Nelson

Alex Nelson, MBA, has extensive experience in procurement and supply chain management, currently serving as a Senior Buyer at BrassCraft Manufacturing Company since May 2021. Previously, Alex held the position of Buyer at Saint-Gobain Performance Plastics from July 2018 to May 2021, focusing on strategic production support and efficient procurement processes. Prior to that, Alex was Procurement Supervisor at MidMichigan Health, leading a team responsible for optimizing procurement activities across a five-subsidiary health system. Alex’s earlier roles include Supply Contract Analyst, where collaboration with vendors aimed at cost reduction, and Supervisor of Housekeeping/Laundry, providing leadership to a large team. Alex holds a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Strategic Leadership from Davenport University and a Bachelor of Applied Arts in Health Administration and Marketing from Central Michigan University.
