Walt Nashert has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Walt currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Bratney, where they oversee a national sales organization specializing in agricultural dry goods processing equipment. Walt'sprimary focus is to support and empower individuals within the organization to make a positive impact on the company and its customers.
Prior to their role at Bratney, Walt worked at Ozinga as a Sales Manager, managing a sales team that provided bulk construction materials and logistics solutions to clients in Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana. Walt also held the position of Material Solutions Representative at Ozinga.
Walt's earlier experience includes working at PulteGroup, where they held various roles such as Division Product Manager, Field Manager, Resource Planning Manager, and Superintendent. In these positions, they were involved in product development, coordinating construction operations, maintaining schedules, and obtaining municipal approvals for new residential communities in the Chicago and St. Louis markets.
Walt Nashert completed their B.S. in Construction Engineering from Iowa State University from 1999 to 2003. Walt later pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business, which they completed from 2012 to 2015.
