Katie Adams

Katie Adams is an Associate at BraunHagey & Borden LLP, specializing in corporate practice since February 2022. In this role, Katie advises venture capital funds and emerging companies in the food, wellness, and tech sectors on financings, mergers, acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Prior to this position, Katie worked at Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP, first as a Summer Associate in 2019 and then as an Associate in the Private Equity practice from November 2020 to February 2022. Additional experience includes a Legal Intern role at Balyasny Asset Management L.P. and a position as Senior Consultant and Consultant at EY within Financial Services Advisory focused on Capital Management.
