Shambhavi Srivastava

Shambhavi Srivastava has a range of work experience in different roles and industries. Shambhavi started their career as a Project Manager at Itransition Group in 2017, where they demonstrated a solid understanding of project methodology and management basics. In 2018, they became an Applications Analyst at InnovAge, where they installed applications, performed system administration, and provided technical support. Later that year, they joined Apple as an Applications Support Specialist, where they demonstrated strong troubleshooting skills and ensured accuracy with security data. Most recently, they became a Technical Support Engineer at Brava Home Inc. in 2020, diagnosing and resolving operating system and networking issues and analyzing data to troubleshoot software problems.

Shambhavi Srivastava pursued a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Colorado Boulder, from 2012 to 2016.
