Barbara Saramak has held various roles in the marketing industry since 2008. Barbara began their career as a Digital Marketing Intern at iMarketing LTD in 2008. In 2011, they joined Ferrara & Company as an Advertising Associate Producer, where they managed radio and digital video projects, served as a point-of-contact between the creative team, client, production team, and third-party vendors, and effectively negotiated to remain within tight budgets. Barbara was promoted to Advertising Project Manager in the same company, where they implemented a new agency-wide project management process, created timelines, distributed weekly status reports, performed quality control, and assigned projects to staff. In 2019, they joined Mattermost as a Marketing Event Assistant & Operations Support, where they were responsible for planning and executing B2B marketing events and conferences on a global scale. Finally, in 2021, they joined Bravely as a Demand Generation Marketing Manager, where they developed strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, led a robust field marketing strategy that grew brand engagement by 200% YoY, and developed compelling content and emails that engage the target audience.
