Emily Flowers has a long and varied career in the fields of Learning Solutions, Sales Enablement, Sales Readiness, Digital Marketing, Art, Business Curriculum, Account Management, Editing, Writing, and Training. Emily began their career in 1996 as an Artist at Emily Flowers Fine Art Portraits. In 1999, they took on the role of Technology Editor at Holt, Rinehart & Winston. In 2002, they became an Editor, Writer, and Trainer at Training & Editing Services. In 2006, they joined Google as a Global Head of Business Curriculum and a Senior Analytical Lead & Account Manager. In 2017, they became a Consultant for L&D and Digital Marketing at Emily Flowers. In 2020, they became the Head of Sales Readiness at Cardlytics. Currently, they are the Head of Learning Solutions and Director of Sales Enablement at Bravely.

Emily Flowers has a Bachelor of Arts degree from The University of the South, where they studied Fine Arts and Russian. Emily also has a Master of Arts degree from The University of Memphis in Teaching English as a Second or Foreign Language/ESL Language Instructor. Additionally, they hold certifications from Lynda.com in Learning Digital Business Analysis (obtained in January 2019), Google in Adwords Search Certified and Digital Sales (obtained in October 2017), and Herrmann in HBDI Certified Practitioner.
