Erica Hansen

Erica Hansen has worked in a variety of roles since 2007. Erica began their career as the Executive Director of the Harvard Glee Club Foundation, Inc. where they led the board through governance restructuring and organizational realignment of business goals. In 2011, they were a Technology Trends Intern at Accenture's Institute for High Performance, where they conducted extensive secondary research in digital security/cyber terrorism, regulations, privacy, business ecosystems, and consumerization of IT. From 2012 to 2017, they worked at ICEX | intellectual capital exchange as a Principal, managing confidential cross-industry groups of executives from Fortune 100 companies in the functional areas of enterprise architecture, information security, and big data & analytics. Erica also started two new groups with the company president, bringing in additional revenue streams. In 2017, Erica began working at Liberty Mutual Insurance as a Project Manager II - Integration, Liberty Mutual Benfits. In this role, they led projects aimed at developing and executing the go-to-market strategy for new customer segments and products for Liberty Mutual, working across all business functions to build new operational and technology capabilities to drive growth for the benefits business. Erica was also the product owner in a scaled agile environment for a cloud-based service center. From 2018 to 2019, Erica held the role of Senior Business Analyst at Lincoln Financial Group. In 2019, they founded Life Integrated Coaching and also became an Emergenetics Associate at Emergenetics International. In 2020, Erica began working at Bravely as a Coaching Program Lead and Bravely Pro Coach. As a Bravely Pro, they coach employees at all levels of their careers to the clarity and confidence they need to thrive in their roles. Additionally, they are a Learning Facilitator at the Questrom School of Business, Boston University.

Erica Hansen received a Master of Science of Information Systems from the Questrom School of Business at Boston University in 2012, following a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Marketing in the same year. Erica also holds a BM in Piano Performance from Western Michigan University, which they obtained in 1997. In addition, they have obtained several certifications: Emergenetics Associate from Emergenetics International in October 2019, Master Practioner in Career and Performance Coaching from Integrative Wellness Academy in July 2019, Integrative and Wellness Life Coach from Integrative Wellness Academy in September 2016, SAFe 4.0 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in June 2017, and Green Belt, Six Sigma.
