LaNiesha Cobb Sanders

LaNiesha joined Braven in July 2022. In her role, she sets the vision, strategy, and direction of Braven’s overall product and program experience. She oversees the design, operations, data, insights, and research that informs and improves the program experience and outcomes. Prior to joining Braven staff, LaNiesha spent more than 15 years at Teach For America leading various aspects of teacher training, support, and development. A proud graduate of Florida A&M University.
