Shanea Dangerfield

Shanea Dangerfield is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in consulting, coaching, and strategic sourcing. As the Founder and Principal Consultant at Fieldwise Consulting since March 2025, Shanea focuses on helping small businesses overcome growth challenges and maximize revenue opportunities. In addition, Shanea has served as a Leadership Coach and Facilitator at Braven since 2015, mentoring diverse college students and achieving significant job placement success. Previously, Shanea held several leadership roles at Google from 2013 to 2024, where achievements included managing over $1 billion in events sourcing, implementing cost-saving strategies, and pioneering initiatives for diverse representation. Shanea's earlier career includes sourcing positions at Gap Inc. and Safeway, with a strong educational background that includes an MBA from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Agnes Scott College.
