Rutwik Jere has a diverse work experience background. Rutwik started their career in 2014 as a Sales Coordinator at HDFC Credila Financial Services Limited, specializing in education loans. In 2015, they joined the National Cadet Corps, where they served as a Cadet, Sergeant, and Senior Under Officer, focusing on training and guiding cadets in various military aspects. After that, Rutwik worked as an Implementation Specialist at Sarda Group, handling customer inquiries and managing orders for dairy products. In 2020, they became a Subject Matter Expert at SAHYADRI FARMERS PRODUCER COMPANY LIMITED, ensuring fair compensation for small-landholding farmers. Later, in 2021, they worked as an Appointment Setter at Phikanet Advisors, explaining the benefits of solar power and setting appointments with customers. Currently, Rutwik is employed at Bravens Inc. as both an Associate and a Specialist in Talent Acquisition, responsible for full life cycle recruiting and building relationships with consultants.
