Nicole Grasso is the Director of Partner Success at Bravo Wellness, a position they have held for 12 years and 7 months. Prior to their current role, Nicole served as the VP of Partner Success, Director of Partner Success, and Wellness Solution Strategist at Bravo Wellness. In these roles, they were responsible for driving growth within the commercial org and developing innovative solutions that demonstrated value for employers and their employees.

At Bravo, Nicole leverages key partners, innovative solutions, talented colleagues and servant leadership to help our clients thrive. This role permits their a national reach where they continue to learn from market peers, and the ability to leverage 12+ years of rich data from Bravo's program administration to effectively enhance and empower employer-sponsored wellness initiatives.

As a National Wellness Strategist, Nicole engages with our current & prospective clients to ensure measures of success align with program design. Nicole seeks to optimize every client's investment and empower all health plan & program vendors for the best end-user experience that won't break the bank but will drive accountability for one's health. Nicole thrives on hearing the key cultural, executive and budget components every client must consider and aligning a way for those pieces to weave through their wellness and well-being initiatives. Partnering internally with stakeholders in our product, service, implementation, web and screening teams, they ensure that during the pre-sale process, those who will take over post-sale know the expectations of our clients and take a personal stake in the success of the program. Wellness will never be one-size-fits-all, and it is critical that a well-being initiative is part of your overall business and benefits strategy. As a National Wellness Strategist, Nicole takes pride in aligning their wellness, benefits and service background to empower employer wellness programs and broker wellness strategies.

As the Client Strategic Consultant, Nicole is able to engage with our top tier clients and guide their multi-year wellness strategy as to ensure their program aligns well with their employee culture and company goals. Nicole works closely on programs & processes that ensure client retention and satisfaction. Nicole contributes to the overall implementation process and strategy as we on board new clients, and integrates with both Sales and Client Services. Nicole is well versed in best practices for implementation, plan design, communication strategy, and employee participation rates in OBI Wellness Programs. Nicole is able to identify gaps in service where we can best support our clients either using our best practice solutions, or introducing a preferred partner vendor to come along side us to enhance a client's wellness program.

As Director of Client Services, Nicole provides leadership, coaching and mentoring to the team responsible for Client Account Management. Her team strives to be consultative partners for our clients, delivering superior service, customized plans to meet needs & culture, and meaningful recommendations to ensure a successful program. In addition, they frequently integrate with our Sales Directors & VP's for strategic planning in regards to implementation, plan design and best practices for prospective accounts.

Nicole was the direct lead on 35+ Client Accounts in their previous role as Client Account Manager. Nicole owned the implementation of the account when handed off from the Sales Directors, organized the internal processes that were necessary for the program to succeed and took a strong advising role to the Client in terms of how their program would be best suited for their culture. Nicole concluded each Plan Year with a review of the Client's aggregate data and proposed what changes and enhancements were appropriate and advisable for their account.

Nicole Grasso has a Masters in Exercise Physiology and Adult Wellness from The University of Akron, as well as a Bachelors in Exercise Science and Sport Management.
