Eugene Paperny

Eugene Paperny has a diverse and extensive work experience in various companies and roles. Eugene started their career at EDS Group as an Application Developer/Analyst and later became an Application Services Manager. Eugene then worked at The LiTMUS Group as a Managing Consultant, where they managed consulting teams on projects in the Financial Services sector and gained experience in strategy, operating models, and program execution. Eugene also worked as an Independent Consultant, where they contracted through NorthHighland consulting and took on projects in finance transformation, IT mobilization and business planning, IT organization design, and process design and improvement. Eugene then joined Barclays Wealth and Investment Management as a Project Manager, International, where they delivered transformation and operating model changes. Eugene also worked at AMP as a Manager, Customer Strategy, and at EY as a Manager, Strategy Advisory, where they managed strategy engagements across various sectors and advised clients on growth strategies, cost reduction, and strategy execution. Prior to their current role, they worked at KPMG Australia as an Associate Director in the KPMG Strategy department and later as a Director, Transformation. Currently, Eugene is the Head of Corporate Development at Bravura Solutions and will assume the role of Head of Product Strategy starting in January 2024.

Eugene Paperny completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in 2024. Prior to that, they obtained a bachelor's degree in Software Engineering with honors from UNSW in 2008. Eugene'searlier education includes attending Sydney Technical High School until 2001.
